Major Benson Winifred Payne was discharged from the Marines. Payne is a killing machine, but world wars are no longer on the battlefield. He is a contractor, has no idea what to do as a civilian, so the commander finds him a job – commander of the local JROTC school curriculum, gang or fat losers without hope.
